URCAP has an Invalid Manifest when installing from USB

Similar to This URCAP has an Invalid Manifest - on Polyscope 5.11.1 - URCap Development / URCaps SDK - Universal Robots Forum (universal-robots.com). When i try to install the cap on the actual robot the installation faults with Invalid Manifest.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Compile URCap on SDK 1.13 using marvin.
  2. Move from target to USB.
  3. On robot install cap from the USB

Expected Behavior:
UR cap installed correctly and promted with restart request.

Actual Behavior:
URcap is faulty with Invalid Manifest

Workaround Suggestion:
Delete the actual file on the USB before move somehow fixes this!
