Description of functionality:
When the cooperative robot is turned on, it automatically performs two actions, “power on” and "brake release.
The robot mode is shifted to Running by the dashboard server automatically.
This reduces the need to press a button each time when starting up or canceling an emergency stop.
This urcap is collaboration between RTDE and Dashboard.
