Hi to everyone!
My factory has a U5 robot with a vision camera - V10. This robot is used to pick up pieces from a conveyor and place them in boxes.
The robot has been inactive (about 6 months) and the technician who programmed it is no longer with us.
The person that is in charge of programming cannot put the existing program to work and unintentionally deleted the URCAP from the camera, which should have been version 1.1.0. On the internet I only found version 1.4.0 (downloaded from sensopart site) and now the program shows the message “URCAP missing”
What should I do?
