UR5e arm failed to restart and black screen

The UR5e robotic arm I’m using works fine before restarting. However, after restarting, the progress bar reaches 100% and then immediately goes to a black screen, failing to start up properly, which affects my use. What should I do? Or how can I troubleshoot the issue?

we didn’t update polyscope version.

Hello,

I had similar issue with UR10e’s, happened twice in over last 2 yrs, contacted UR and they did sent over some troubleshooting guides (involved opening the controller and checking components on the board, didnt do it yet).

Thank you very much for your answer.
On that day, we tried reconnecting the teach pendant’s cable, and it started working properly again.It’s still functioning properly for now, so we’re unable to reproduce the issue at this time.
