Hello,
After few months i have connected UR5e controller to power. It started normally. After restarting controller, screen on teach pendant showed only logo of the UR and then after few seconds it turned off. I have tried turning on controller few times but was the same every time.
What could cause it and what might be the solution

Can you try removing and re-inserting the SD card? Otherwise, maybe loading a fresh image on to the SD card would help. Be sure to try to backup your programs off it first though. Otherwise it might be hardware failure, in which case I would make a case with MyUR and see what they say. Best of luck
Yes i can remove card without problem. Can i safely backup and install new image on the same card?
I’d copy the files to the harddrive of your computer or something first, if you haven’t backed up your programs recently. Otherwise yes you can reformat / reimage that same card
I have loaded new image on SD card and now it didn’t turned off but its stuck on first loading. Any idea what might cause that and any solutions for this problem?

edit: it seems that it was the issue with polyscope X. I have used the same card for polyscope 5.21 and its all good now, thank you again
PolyScope X can only be used on newer control boxes. Your control box must say CB5.6 to be able to run PolyScope X.
