Hi,

We try to change the teach pendant from a UR10e (was broken), but didn´t start (error C281A7)

For the message C281A7 the seuggestion is:

  1. Reboot → Didn’t work
  2. Update, for update I checked and the upgrade must be for steps originally is 5.1 but when Itried to upgrade to 5.2 fatal error an now an only a UR image when start later black screen with 3 dots.

I am having the same issue now. Were you able to find anything that worked?

Hi, We send the robot to the service, aparently have a damage in one axe and when we update is not possible finish it, because the installation in not 100% OK
