Good Morning.
I have a 2017, CB3 UR10, in fact I have 4 of them!
I have recently followed the online instruction from UR to create an image file memory stick and installed it - also taking into account the ‘installation variables’ that inherently go missing when you re-image.
Having successfully managed this far, I then started to run my existing program, only to find the keyboard configuration (using both a USB KB and a barcode scanner) has muddled up the key functions, notably replacing ‘-’ with ‘+’ and a few other items too.
The language settings have not been changed, and I continued using the onscreen keyboard for my data entry without further issue.
Then I ran into problems, as the paths/joint movements the robot program was using have now changed - and cause collisions, inside my machine tool.
I’d like to know if this is a known issue or if I have picked up a wrong image file from the UR support site perhaps?
Can anyone help to successfully create a clone stick of the version I am now running?
All robots are running the latest version available from the UR site.
Thanks in advance,
Matt.
