I am currently working on a used UR10 that needs to use its Tool IO through the connector at the head of the tool. However, none of the connections are working. Using a multimeter, I’ve confirmed that none of the pins are working (receiving or transmitting any voltage). Is there anything I can do to get these pins back up and running without having to start deconstruction. If not, where would be the best place to start the more intensive maintenance.
You have the Installation setup, I’m assuming? You have to select either 12 or 24v on the tool via the Installation tab. Beyond that, sounds like a potential warranty claim or rewiring job.
