Is it possible to change speed by using Speed slider fraction value in EthernetI/P?
If so, chould you tell me how to…

You set the Speed slider fraction register to 0 - 1. You must remember to set the value of the SSM(Speed slider fraction mask) bit to 1 at the beginning.
