I’ve got a UR10e robot with an VGC10 Gripper.
I connected the gripper to the robot and plugged it in with a cable on the robot-flange.
Then I installed URCaps 6.3.2 on the robot. Then I clicked Installation->UrCaps->OnRobotSetup
and there I can see “tool connector - Error”. When I click the + I can select a tool, but there is no VGC10-tool in the list. I tried different tools like “VG” and restartet the robot but in the UR±Tab it shows that no tool is connected.
I updated the robot control to the version 5.21.3 but still no success.
