I am working on Ur3 connected with OnRobot RG2 gripper. Robot cannot detect RG2 after urcap being installed. I/O tool set to Onrobot and 24V.
Anyone can help please.

Did you use the correct URCap? If it’s the old version of the RG2, then you need to download the legacy URCap.
Which URCap did you use? And can you provide an image of the label on the RG2 gripper?

If you haven’t already used the old URCap.
Also note - if you are using scripts rather than Polyscope nodes for programming, some of the commands and variables are different between the versions.

Does legacy version still require compute box to be connected to the gripper and the controller box?
If you have the HEX sensor connected, as well, then yes.
