Good morning,
we are trying to use an USB Dongle with license to protect our URCaps, but we have some problem with it. We can use it easily with ursim (we install the urcap and use it checking constantly if the license dongle is still connected to our PC usb port), but when we try to use it in the robot controller, it’s like the USB dongle doesn’t exist.
Do we need to do something in the controller to enabled this kind of usb use?
