Hi there, we have a Linux machine with URSim 5.11 and I’m trying to establish an Ethernet/IP connection (via the simulator) to a PLC. However, when I select enable on the Ethernet/IP setup, the simulator just says, “Not running”.
So… is there anyway for the simulator to establish an Ethernet/IP connection to another device?
Hi…I accept the primary issue is the firewall impeding correspondences. At the point when you associate with a UR robot, your PC needs to build up a TCP/IP server.
I woud prescribe you to run RoboDK as executive and cripple your firewall to check whether you can make it work.
Additionally, would you be able to have a go at changing the port? For instance, utilize 20100 rather than 30000.
