URCaps Sick Nanoscan 3 could not be found

Hi,

After replacing a Nanoscan 3 with a new one we are having issues configuring the scanner using the URCaps software.

When we go through the setup and try to verify it asks us to change the password of the nanoscan 3. On chaging the passwords we get a “nanpscan 3 could not be found error”.

We have factory reset the Nanoscan and had Sick support reset the Nanoscan password but we keep coming back to this error.

Has anyone seen this before?

We had problems connecting with these before, and it ended up being a bad cable.
