Cards can be swapped, however robot calibration will be lost.
It looks on your picture like the card is not fully inserted. It has a push-click socket, so try to remove it, and insert again until it “clicks in”

Last time I encountered this kind of problem it was related to a corrupted OS installation on the SD card of the robot. If this is the case, you’ll need to reinstall the Polyscope on your robot using the robot image that can be downloaded from Universal Robot’s Support Site.
Use this link to download the latest robot image (5.13.0).
Please follow this guide step by step to complete a clean Polyscope installation.
As mmi suggested, you’ll need the robot’s calibration. Please get in contact with your UR Distributor or Sales Representative and ask for them this files. They can provide you the files as well as guide you on the process to load up the files to your freshly installed polyscope.
