We have this UR20 that is rated for 55lbs payload, and I’d say our payload with this part in it is roughly 30lbs. When it reaches its furthest point it seems to fault out like it can not handle the weight. See video attached. I have already messed with tool speed and acceleration as well as blending the movement between points.

Check your tool center point (TCP) and your payload (PLD).
Check the “Tool Force” and “Elbow Force” limits in “Installation” > “Safety” > “Robot Limits”. If the robot is set to 140-150N, this could be the reason for what you are describing.
