hi all i have a ur16 and sometimes the robot had to take object over 16kg. how can I force the robot to continue working?

Hi, it doesn’t recommend to do this unless you want to break your robot quickly. You can try to change the payload and center of mass with the script but I don’t think it will work better

You can set up the same in the Installation → Payload. But if you have already done this, then it will not work.
If your safety allows it, you can lower the safety settings to allow for more force and power. Also slow down the movement of the robot will allow it to lift heavier objects.
But, again. It’s not advised to do this. It will wear down the robot faster.
