UR wrist I/O and Robotiq Hand-E

I’m not sure whether this is the right category, but here it goes
We’ve been having some trouble with connecting Hand-E gripper to UR5e, seems like the robot can’t see the Gripper. When trying to scan for gripper from urcap, the gripper just blinks blue and red, and the robot doesn’t detect it. After connecting it to a different robot, everything seems fine. The other (working) robot runs older URCap (1.16 vs 1.18).
Now my question is, how can I troubleshoot UR’s I/O connectors?

The problem seems to be connected to OnRobot and Robotiq URCaps on the same robot, still needs more debugging
