UR Auto-Reset Mode

I have a SICK Safty as master Safety PLC. On the SICK Safety PLC are serveral other peripherials in Auto-Reset Mode.
The main goal is that i can reset my system over the reset button on my SICK PLC.

  • How can I get the robot reseted after an EM-Stop without using the reset Input of UR?

  • Is there a possibility to wire the EM-Button of the UR directly to my SICK Safty PLC?

You can only release the brakes of the robot after an emergency stop by either using the Teach Pendant or a PC/PLC to send a dashboard command to release the brakes.
