Upgrading URSim CB3.0 to CB3.1

Hello,

I am trying to test out URCap for Robotiq (virtually, without the robot) and got an error below. I have tried different versions of URSim but it doesn’t seem to solve the issue. Is there a way to upgrade the CB without having the physical robot or if there is a certain URSim version that worked for you?

I am running it on a ubuntu virtual machine.

I don’t think you can run insights on ursim because it’s looking for the serial number of the robot. i would contact robotiq or post on their DoF forum. dof.robotiq.com

On top of that it looks like it expects CB3 robot, but you’re running on eSeries simulator
