Hello,
We have a robot cell that is utilizing a UR10e and a Ewellix Lift Kit. The cell was taken down for a few months and when we are reassembling it, the base will not fully connect and the serial interface will not progress further than “opening connection…”
This is the only URCap on the robot and we have verified the wiring is correct. What would be an appropriate step to try to get this to work?

Do you have the remote control for the lift? If you do, does that work? It could be a result of the lift not being supplied correctly maybe. 
The base was not getting power correctly thank you!
There were 2 bad relays in our control panel.
That’s good to hear. One of the easier faults to correct.
