today i tried to power on my UR10e.
As soon as i pressed “ON” on the Robot HMI following PopUp appeared:
What does that mean?
What can i do?

Hi kadams,
You can get this error if the M23 robot cable connector is not properly inserted in the counterpart on the controller, see the below picture. I would remove the cable to inspect both ends. If all pins look fine, reconnect them and make sure that you can twist the locking mechanism.
If you still see the error, I would recommend you to get in touch with your local distributor or UR Customer Service Engineer on our Support Platform myUR: https://myur.universal-robots.com/ as it may then be a more complex electrical issue.
