Is there any manner in which you can reset the X,Y, and Z axis’ of the Robot base? It would be easier for convenience sake, since when I increase X or Y, both go diagonally.

The Base frame cannot be modified. It always defines Y+ as the power cable side, and Z straight up. (X as the cross product of the
two). You can however define your own frame using the Features tab in the installation. You can define your own X-Y coordinate system and select that in the Feature dropdown on the Move screen to log along your newly created axes.
