Hello,
I have notice something in while using the stacking from the Stacking /Destacking wizard.
You have X number of parts which are picked from 1 location 1, and then stacked up on location 2.
What I have notice is when we first power on the robot and start the first run. The first part being stacked on location 2 moves T normal speed as the rest of the other way points. Once we finish stacking the first row of parts. The system moves the stack parts to a position. Begins picking parts and start the stack squence again. At this point the robot goes at a slower rate until, the robot reaches the startpos.
My questions is why at the very first cycle the robot moves at normal speed to place the first part but then in cycle 2, 3 and so on the robot moves at a slower speed “seeking” until it reaches that startpos? How do i keep the speed on the stacking the same regardless if I am on first set of parts to be stacked or if on 2,3,4,5 sequence of stacking parts?
The second thing I notice is as the stack increases in height the distance between parts already stacked and placing the part to be stack. The parts are 18 mm high which is the value I am using in the wizard. Why does the distance change as between parts differ as height increase. How can I keep the distance between each part being stacked the same?
