Is the Dashboard Server available with Polyscope X?

No, first it was just removed without alternative, but in the mean time they introduced robot API (a rest interface) with similiar functionality

In your browser type in the ip address followed by /universal-robots/robot-api/docs#/ to tryout the robot api interface.
