Hello there,
My current Situation:
- Robot boots and Polyscope starts
- The Polyscope GUI is not responding to inputs - the mouse is moving! (Touchscreen works fine)
- On some reboots i get java.lang.OutOfMemory
- On some reboots i do not get the popup but the problem is the same. When i look into the terminal i can also see that the java.lang.OutOfMemory still there
- as i understand it the java.lang.OutOfMemory blocks the GUI from communicating with the Software
As i see in the PopUp there is a problem with “org.apache.felix.framework.Bundle…”
Is there a way to reset the software to factory settings in the terminal?
I read about replacing the boot-drive. Are there any downsides or risks doing that?
A timeline to my problem.
- UR 10 build dec. 2014 with CB3
- Polyscope 3.15.7.106331
- Robot worked
- installed Robotiq_Grippers-1.8.13.22852.urcap to use a 2 finger gripper
- Polyscope stuck at loading 100%
- i deleted the Urcap files over the terminal
- robot rebooted and worked fine
- installed Robotiq_Grippers-1.8.13.22852.urcap and Robotiq_Wrist_Connection-1.1.1.3.urcap (i thought that the additional urcap from Robotiq was nececcary)
- Polyscope stuck at loading 100%
- i deleted the Urcap files over the terminal
- Robot rebooted and lead to current situation
What i tried:
- Several reboots with power off and pushed PowerButton for 10 seconds
- Update Polyscope software - Problem: Polyscope GUI does not respond to inputs → cannot update the software with teach pendant
- I connected a usb-keyboard with additional usb ports to the teach pendant - i was unable to find the usb-drive with the .urup file
Thank you!
