Teach Pendant is not responding

PolyScope verision is not known

Message: Unexpected end of ZLIB input stream:: Unexpected end of ZLIB input stream class
Could not call javax.swing.imageicon.readObject()

what is solution for this?

Can we do update of PolyScope somehow without being able to access the user interface? Are programs lost if an update is done, if that is even possible?
