I assumed Pallet_1_cnt is for the counter.

Pallet_1_cnt: Counter, which decides the value of the other variables
Pallet_1_lct: Position in the level (Depends on the count of your palletizing-positions)
Pallet_1_lno: Counter for the pallet-level/height
Pallet_1_sep: True or False, depends on if you activated seperator between the layers
Pallet_1_tct: Number of palettizing-positions
