Load a Default Program not working

Hi,

We have a program on a UR5e, we are tying to get it to load a different default program at startup.
I select the file, tick that I want a file loaded at startup, then ‘Save All’ I see it save the Installation then the Program. But on reboot it is still loading an older program?

Any ideas?

backup the controller and delete all .old files?
