How can i mount the starter package in virtual box?

i´m new and i don´t know how to mount the archives from zip, i hope you can help me.

You have to unzip the archive and add the virtual machine to VirtualBox (CTRL+A or the corrisponding button) by selecting the .vbox file. However after some time the virtual machine crashes for me in VirtualBox, while I have no problems with VMware Workstation Player.

EDIT: This is true for Starter Package SDK 1.10.0, in a previous version I installed there was no .vbox file but others related to VMware.
