Graphic-problem URSim3

General Application Help: How do I?

Hello UR-Team,

my name is Christoph. I am a teacher at a vocational school in Germany. Our school just bought a UR3 integrated in a new mechatronics training system.

I just installed Virtualbox and URSim 5.24.0. I am able to start URSim, but the graphics-window is flickering and the application window isn`t reacting correct. I use a AMD Ryzen 7 7840 with Radeon 780M Graphics.

Can you please help me with the correct graphics settings?

I suspect the issue lies with VirtualBox and not URSim. Try looking into the graphics settings of the machine.

Alternatively, try using VMWare. I’ve never found VirtualBox to work very well, but VMWare is better in my opinion.
