I’m trying to activate my URcaps TCP & Toolpath and I’m following the steps to get the activation file but when I try to use it it keeps showing the error that the file is not the correct file. How can I solve this?

Is the date settings of the robot correct? The generated activation file has a timestamp that needs to be valid in order to work.
