We’re trying to use the Remote TCP & Toolpath URCap, and followed the activation instructions that are on the site, but after selecting the license in our USB folder and restarting, the Remote TCP URCap remains inactive, without the green checkmark. We are able to deactivate the license, as well as unregister the license, but the URCap itself remains inactive, and unselectable in the program screen.
Any ideas on what’s going? Thanks.
Sorry to revive this topic, but I found this thread while researching the same problem and there wasn’t an answer that I could find. For what it is worth, a simple restart was not adequate to activate the URcap as the instructions said for me. A full shutdown and power-up did activate the URcap.
