We installed Euromap 67 and an IMMI hardware onto our UR5e. My last step was to change “None” to “Euromap 67” in the Hardware tab & select “Apply and restart”. The robot suddenly powered off and gave me an error pop up saying the safety configuration was different. The Euromap cable is connected to the bypass plug, not to the Arburg machine. I tried to change the hardware from Euromap 67 back to None and it still won’t let me do anything to power on the robot. It keeps giving me “Safety Configuration is different than the one applied to the controller. Either apply Safety changes or revert.” Our other 3 robots with the same hardware work fine and their software is 5.12. Anyone have an idea what may be wrong?
