Hello Universal robots community,
We have a Ur10e cobot that randomly faults out with a fault code E20B001F, not on the teach pendant itself, but on the laser sensor that safeguards the cobot’s workspace (Ontario law).
I’ve attached image of the laser in fault state.
If anyone has a solution to overcome this issue, would be of great help.

It’s a SICK product and not associated with UR. 
SICK writes the following in their manual:
I don’t personally know what the error indicates.
Download Safety Designer and download a report and send to SICK’s technical support. Or contact the integrator that installed the robot and the application.
