i’m using ur10e cobot with cobot move linear axis, i faced issues in cobot move,
if i turn on/off the cobot move it will not working and some times it works . it shows falut alarm for the cobot move.
And another is protective stop alarm also came (limit reached)

Regarding the linear axis - is it Lorch? You should contact Lorch with your issue.
Is the protective stop a message from the UR or from the Cobot Move?
thanks for your reply sir, i find out and resolved the linear axes issue, by changing the safety configuration and also if I call existed program,suddenly the controller is powered off and not showing the TCP and payload values,
