Hi, We have a UR10e. The robot fails to initialize, when we select ‘start’ in the initialise menu, the robot stauts fails to prgress past ‘booting’. Can anyone provide assistance?

we have a UR3e with what sounds like the same problem.
did you find a solution?
controller will boot, start up and load defualt installation and our chosen program on start-up.
but when we press start on initialise menu, we get stuck at ‘booting’

Hi,
The failure on ours was attributed to a problem with the ‘Tool Mount force/ torque sensor’. The entire unit was shipped to Denmark for fault finding and repair, then returned to us in working condition. We were adviced that the failure could have been attributed to excessive collisions and/or errors whilst manually moving and operating the unit.
