I’m trying to download Polyscope 5.21 for e-series , and it only give me the Polyscope X version.
Is there something wrong with the website?
It’s two links. 
Click the 5.21.2 instead of the 10.7.1.
Works fine for me at least. Try another browser if you keep having the issue.
