DVI - No Signal Error

Good afternoon

I am having an issue on my UR CB3 controllers where the teach pendant display seems to not be booting up. I get a small UR splash screen, then the screen goes black with a error “DVI - No Signal” in the bottom right corner before it goes to black. I tried swapping out the teach pendant and have had no luck. Is this indicative of a motherboard failure? Has anyone resolved this issue in the past?
