Request for assistance with UR10 CB3 robot malfunction(DVI No signal)

I am writing to request your assistance with a problem I am having with my UR10 CB3 robot.
The robot is not starting up and displays “DVI No signal” on the screen.
I have tried several tests to analyze and locate the problem using the Universal Robots service manual.

First, I checked that 230V is present on the power input connector of the 12V power supply. Then, I checked that the 12V PSU LED is on. The only thing that does not work normally is that the 48V LED never lights up during the robot’s startup. However, this may be because the motherboard does not start, as according to the service manual, the 48V LED lights up after the opening of the Polyscope software.

I would like to know the exact cause of this problem and if it comes from the motherboard, to provide me with a quote for the motherboard as well as for the replacement. I would also like a quote for the motherboard only.
