Hi, I try to connect Cognex Camera with UR robot but i the icon beside the IP address still is X in red. I use 7802 Insight and UR5e. The Error message is make sure the camera is online and the proper job file is loaded. I did load a job to Cognex camera and update UR5e to 5.13 firmware version. But it still didn’t work. Can u help me?

Could you give some more information?
Has the connection worked before or is this the first time you tried to connect the robot with the camera?
If its a network issue, how is your network set up? Does the robot have a valid IP-Address?
Could you post an image of the screen where you get the error?
This is my first time I try to connect a camera and robot. Camera’s IP is 192.168.2.98, robot’s IP is 192.168.2.100
I have had a similar issue. There is a way to get the Cognex Camera to function with the robot without using the URCAP. If you are interested, let me know and I can give more information!
