Change in tool io control does not enable save installation button

Software version: 3.10.0.76181
Robot generation: CB3

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Grant tool io control to a urcap
  2. Go to Installation -> Load/Save

Expected behavior:
Save button should be enabled to save the tool io controller

Actual behavior:

  1. Save button is disabled.
  2. The io control is reverted to User.

Is the value persisted through a reboot?
Or is the change reverted after a reboot of the robot?
