Activate/desactivate I/o tool 24VDC

Hello,

I would to setup an automatic tool changer on UR5.

Before or after changing tool, I would to cut 24VDC on I/O tool to prevent electrics arcs.

Is it possible to do that?

Yes, you can set the tool voltage to 0V with this script command:

There’s a node/action you can insert from the node section. It basically allows you to write a script command. :slight_smile:

Last question, I never change security password, could you please give the initial PSW please?

There’s no initial safety password. So either someone else changed it, or it hasn’t been set yet. In case of the latter, you can go to Setup → Passwords and set up the safety password without an “Old password”.
