WOL on robot UR?

how start control UR remotly?, maybe WOL, wake on lan??

The control box has dedicated 12V “ON” and “OFF” signal I/O’s for remotely turning on and off power to the control box. When power is applied, you can use either auto-initialization as defined in the user interface, to automatically initialize the robot and execute a program, or use external remote control Ethernet based interfaces to control the robot.
Please refer to the electrical documentation.

I know this option, but how do I activate this 12v ON signal remotely?
It is no easier to enable WOL on Ethernet control card.
