I was manually adjusting the robot and accidentally encountered violation error. Due to exceeded limit. I am been trying to restart the robot, but I am unable to do that how to manually reset the robot. Remove the safety locks.
Is the robot in Recovery Mode? We need more information.
Take a picture of the error.
Can you send a picture of the IO tab as well?
What can I do from there?
Monitor IO signals. It could look like something safety related is not set up right.
Can you try to create a new Installation? And then use the default Safety Settings when it prompts you.
As you can see all the buttons, including installation button is also inactive. I can’t access anything. I even can’t download the lock files.
Ah, right. So you probably accidentally enabled the Mode Select as shown in the I/O tab. You will have to wire 24V into CI0 and CI1 to get it unlocked.
Then you should go to the Safety Settings and remove the Mode Select from the safety IO page.
We did that too but nothing happened
do you have to swap into manual mode first?
I try to switch To the manual mode goes to automatic mode On its own
That should be because it’s missing the 24V on CI0 and CI1. You have to do it at the same time.
I sorted together by connecting 24 V and CI0 with one wire and 24v CI1 with another wire
This is to unit can you tell me how to sort CI0 and CI1 again so that i may recheck if i did correct
first measure with a meter if there is actually 24v coming from the I/O. Then if there is, take a wire from any terminal that says 24V and wire it to CI0 and then jump across to CI1
Jump CI0 and CI1 TOGETHER. Your example should work, but this guarantees they are receiving the same 24v at the same time.
24V > CI0
CI0 > CI1
Or else just plug in a keyboard, go the the terminal, and nuke the default.installation file.
Kinda wild that this scenario is possible lol. I just tried it on my simulator and sure enough, it just immediately locks you out. And It’s a simulator, so I can’t exactly wire anything to it to unlock it. That’s super dumb.
And i just found out there is no voltage output from 24V I checked all the 24v but nothing
