Hello,
I have been using a UR3 for my research application. Unfortunately last morning the robot wouldn’t boot correctly anymore. Specifically, the robot, after turning on doesn’t change to the “Idle” state and stays in the “Power on” state. The start button on the initialization screen is not enabled and cannot be pressed (see photos).
There is no error in the robot logs. I also tried the low-level control in the expert mode. There, when the “Go to Idle” button is pressed the I get the message " FAILURE: The command has timed out!" (see photos).
I really appreciate any help you can provide!

I had this happen yesterday. The problem appears to have been a corrupted file on the USB drive (this was on a CB3 robot). At the suggestion of an apps engineer, I verified this by using the drive from another robot and it booted no problem. So I followed the re-image instructions to make a new drive and the problem was solved.
