UR10e Lockup requiring reboot

We have a 2023 UR10e that has started to shut itself down after returning Home. We then try to power up the pendant, and have to reboot multiple times, and it will lockup, before it will finally completely reboot and go back to running. This has happened twice in the last 3 weeks. Any ideas?

Make a case with myUR and send them your log file. They will look at it and provide an action plan.

Thanks for the reply. We are new to these robots, where do I find out how to get the log file to send.
