I’m working with the ur3e robot the robot suddenly stopped and the TP closed, when I restarted the robot it didn’t work and the power on button on TP made no change and the TP is still closed.
I tried to remotely power on the robot as shown in the figure below:
BUT the robot Didn’t work and the TP still had no response and was still close.
The teach pendant doesn’t respond and I opened the controller to check the internal circuit and I found the below photo the led of TP 48v is off
anyone can help?
Gonna be a warranty/replacement part claim to UR I think. Had something happen to ours recently too. Ended up being the Power Supply Unit that went bad. UR Tech came out, swapped it, and we were back up and running.
It’s either that or the Safety Control Board
Thank you Eric for your replay, but this robot is a new one it’s age about 12 hr !
All the more reason to get someone to fix it, while there is still warranty. 
It does sound like faulty hardware.
Contact your local UR distributor, and they should handle it.
The problem I described happened to our robot with 0 on time. Couldn’t boot it fresh out of the box. So yes, get it serviced by a UR Tech / Distributor
