Dear Community,
I am currently operating a UR program, but I have encountered an issue where the robot’s console unexpectedly shuts down, resembling a reset process, while the robot continues to move. This problem occurs randomly and not consistently throughout the operation.
When I press the emergency stop button, the robot halts as expected.
Could you please provide assistance with this issue? Thank you for your support.
Just in case, I’m currently using a UR10e with a sofware version 5.14.5
