Hello,
I have a problem with connection between Siemens PLC 1215C and UR3 E-series.
I was following the instructions on this official website and when I went online, error appeared saying:
“No diagnostics data available because the current online configuration differs from the offline configuration data.”
I’m wondering if there’s more GSD files I can try or what else can I do to solve this problem.

Your error is difficult to isolate from the information you’re giving. 
Have you assigned the device name to the UR in TIA Portal?
Correct IP address in PLC, robot and hardware configuration?
It says the online and offline configurations don’t match: Have you uploaded the hardware configuration to the PLC?
Are you using a switch between robot and PLC? There have been multiple cases of the switch being the issue. Try another one.

That protection warning is not related to PROFINET and the UR.
Try assigning device name again and restart everything.
